Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Fitter / CNC/VMC Operator Location: Bharat Forge, Alandi Phata, [Pune, Maharashtra] Experience: 1-7 years Salary: 25,000 - 50,000 (Based on experience and skills) Facilies : Cab & Canteen Facilities Job Overview: Bharat Forge, located at Alandi Phata, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Fitter / CNC/VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance as well as CNC/VMC machine operations to ensure effective production processes and machine reliability. Key Responsibilities: CNC/VMC Machine Operation Operate CNC and VMC machines for the production of parts. Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines to meet production specifications. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot, and perform necessary adjustments. Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: Perform regular mechanical and electrical maintenance on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components such as gears, motors, and other mechanical systems. Address electrical issues, including circuits, wiring, controllers, and PLC systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules. Machine Calibration and Setup: Set up machines for specific jobs, ensuring accurate calibration and alignment. Adjust and fine-tune settings to meet production requirements. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or related field. Experience: 1-7 years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine operation, and mechanical & electrical maintenance. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating and programming CNC and VMC machines. Strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with electrical systems, including motors, controllers, and PLCs. Experience with precision measuring instruments. Soft Skills: Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
