Role & responsibilities

ob Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT & Non-IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of diverse job functions from software development and infrastructure to sales, marketing, finance, and operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical needs, and team expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using various channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social networks.
  • Screen resumes, assess technical/non-technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and build long-term talent pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0.6–2years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong understanding of technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.) as well as functional roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR).
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in bulk/mass hiring and niche talent acquisition.
  • Exposure to campus hiring and employer branding activities.
  • Certification in recruitment, HR management, or technical sourcing.
