Designation-Content Lead A strong content strategist and writer with business acumen, Content Lead will work closely with marketing offering head and account manager to plan and manage the development content for various purposes across formats as well as across marketing and sales initiatives. The person should be responsible for developing polished showcase collaterals for various clients including brochures, capability presentations, social media, podcast/video scripts, case studies, business use cases, reports, etc. Job Responsibilities • Develop content strategy and planning and take the lead in building collaterals to unify, coordinate, and advance Damcos strategy across all marketing and sales initiatives. • Market Research, Target Audience Study, Monitoring, Buying Process Research • Develop content for brochures, capability presentations, social media, podcast, webinars, case studies, business use cases, reports, supporting marketing/sales goals, objectives and tactics as needed. • Collaborate with SMEs and conduct research to develop offering value proposition • Periodically research and review marketing efforts and collaterals of competitor • Guest blogging on industry leading publications. • Develop standard performance metrics and report content marketing ROI I results to seniors and management. Qualification & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Management or a related field. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in content and copy writing Proven experience in deploying business-focused literature, from idea to execution. Expertise in researching from high-quality and authentic sources. Familiarity with established and emerging technologies. Good to have - SEO - Social Media - UX Writing - Design Sense
