Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Analyze consumer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that strengthen CRM, campaign performance, and marketing outcomes
Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Power BI (or similar tools) to track marketing effectiveness and provide visibility to stakeholders
Implement and maintain data quality rules, profiling techniques and assessment processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data
Perform automated and manual data quality checks, address anomalies and maintain data definitions and business glossaries
Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, metadata management, data harmonization
Ensure alignment of data standards, structures, and governance practices across markets and functions
Implement and maintain data cataloguing tools (e.g., Collibra, Purview) and centralized documentation repositories (SharePoint, Confluence)
Ensure secure documentation, sensitive data handling, and adherence to governance and regulatory requirements
Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes and deliver more relevant, timely, and impactful marketing insights
