Role Direct Sales Industry Real Estate (Residential) Experience - 4 - 10 years (Max) Location : Bangalore, Gangasandra Mode of Work : 6 days a week. (Mon to Sun) (Tuesday Holiday) Qualification : Graduate or Diploma Holders About the Company : Urban rise (www.urbanrise.in) Key Responsibilities : Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking. Conduct site visits and product presentations to potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements. Negotiate and close sales deals within targeted timelines. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service). Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Requirements : 4+ years of direct sales experience in Real Estate industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations. Bachelor's degree or Diploma Holders .
