Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients (sellers) and introduce Maxacc's e-commerce services. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Promote services like social media marketing, product shoots, advertisement management, and brand growth strategies. Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities. Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (E-commerce industry experience is a plus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is advantageous.
