Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Online Sales Coordinator to support our growing online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, good communication skills, and be proficient with computers and online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate online sales activities and ensure timely order processing. Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups through email, calls, or chat. Assist the sales team with order entry, quotation preparation, and invoicing. Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms or company website. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or online coordination. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic internet tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of e-commerce or ERP platforms is a plus.
