Role & responsibilities 1. Monitoring brand mentions on social media, review sites, and search engines. 2. Creating strategies to improve the companys online reputation. 3. Responding to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms. 4. Encouraging happy customers to leave positive reviews and addressing negative feedback professionally. 5. Managing online reputation issues with the PR and customer service teams. 6. Using SEO techniques to reduce negative content and improve brand image. 7. Engaging with customers on social media. 8. Collaborating with the marketing team to create a strong brand presence. 9. Tracking online reputation trends and preparing reports. 10. Using tools to measure the success of reputation management efforts. 11. Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed.
