We are growing rapidly and seeking an experienced and motivated Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, manage client communications, and win projects through online bidding platforms.

Role Overview

As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating new business through online channels such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn. You will craft winning proposals, communicate with clients, and coordinate with our internal team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing portals.
  • Write compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with international clients to understand project needs and negotiate terms.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to prepare project estimates and deliverables.
  • Track bidding activities, success rate, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Online Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of winning projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong understanding of IT services, web/app development, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
  • Experience in lead generation via LinkedIn or email marketing.
  • Knowledge of proposal writing best practices and pricing strategies.
