Job Title: Online Bidder (1–2 Years Experience) Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata Work Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder with 1–2 years of proven experience in handling online bidding profiles on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in generating business leads, writing effective proposals, and managing client communication. Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and Fiverr. Write tailored, clear, and compelling project proposals based on client requirements. Interact with international clients through chat, email, and video calls to understand project scope and requirements. Maintain follow-ups on active leads and convert them into successful deals. Collaborate with the technical and design teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables. Maintain records of bidding activity and regularly report to management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in online bidding or business development in an IT or digital service company. Strong understanding of bidding portals and how to build a strong profile. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet monthly targets and deadlines. Preferred: Knowledge of digital services like web development, app development, design, or SEO. Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking software is a plus.
