You are invited to join Taraji Shiksha & Vikas Foundation in Virar West, Mumbai as a Telecaller. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about impactful communication and community engagement. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for conducting outreach to promote NGO campaigns, nurturing relationships with donors and volunteers, managing information effectively, handling inquiries, and ensuring the fulfillment of donations and pledges. You will also be involved in maintaining the donor/volunteer database, promoting foundation events, collecting feedback for outreach improvement, and supporting book sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages. Previous experience in marketing and sales, specifically in outbound and domestic calls, is preferred. Familiarity with the mutual funds and real estate sectors would be an added advantage. The educational requirement for this position is 12th Pass, and the work arrangement is on-site at Virar West, Mumbai. The salary range offered is between 12,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance. This full-time position requires 1-2 years of related work experience. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with interview timings scheduled between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the same days.
