Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimum performance and productivity. Identify and onboard channel partners, system integrators, and dealers in the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and End Users. Make field visits, product presentations, and handle demo sessions for potential customers and partners. Monitor competitor activities and market trends; recommend proactive strategies. Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare daily/monthly sales reports, and update the pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Technical Support) to ensure seamless customer experience. Drive awareness and market penetration of new digital and wireless security products. Requirements Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency in any of the following is highly preferred: Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Sound knowledge of regional market trends in security solutions and smart home automation. Team management and leadership abilities. Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of digital products and smart solutions. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BSc, BTech preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
