OnePLM Deployment Support

As a Business Analyst specializing in BOM tools, your role will involve acting as the product owner for BOM tools. This means you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into product functionality. You will collaborate with the Development team to deploy these features in the tool and gather feedback from the business stakeholders. This continuous loop of development and deployment aims to strengthen and enhance the BOM tools. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and proposing new ideas for tool development - Developing business models for tool development - Coordinating with the RNTBCI IS team and providing technical inputs for tool development - Testing each delivery of tool development and providing feedback - Preparing deployment and validation plans - Monitoring the tool deployment status and updating the status with the corporate - Proposing improvements and new requirements for the tool, and working with developers to implement them Qualifications: - BE Mechanical Essential Skills: - Prior PLM/Product Management business experience as a generalist or specialist - Minimum 2 years of relative experience in automotive PLM activities (added advantage) - Knowledge of PLM/PDM/BOM tools and processes - Team player with good analytical skills - Ability to propose and convince users to utilize tools across the Engineering domain - Experience in developing, deploying, and managing Continuous Improvement initiatives on tools - Good presentation and communication skills to collaborate with cross-cultural teams - Demonstrated competence in working and communicating effectively with all levels in the organization - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the willingness and ability to learn new systems Experience: - 1-3 Years,
