Alongside our ecosystem, MY OIB is an AI-powered consultation platform designed to guide startups at every stage of growth. Our smart assistant delivers instant insights, strategic recommendations, and practical solutions to help founders build and scale with clarity and speed. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer based in Gurgaon. The engineer will work on developing and implementing machine learning models, designing neural network architectures, optimizing pattern recognition systems, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models Design, test, and refine neural network architectures for various applications Conduct data preprocessing, analysis, visualization, and feature engineering Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions Research and apply emerging AI/ML techniques to real-world problems Assist in deployment, performance monitoring, and model optimization Qualifications 1 year of relevant experience in AI/ML development Strong grasp of core Computer Science fundamentals, Algorithms & DSA Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition Proficiency in Statistics and data analysis for ML applications Solid understanding of Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) Enthusiasm for solving real-world problems using machine learning Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Perks & Benefits Work on real-world AI projects across multiple startups Exposure to complete product and startup lifecycle Mentorship from experienced leaders and founders Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Strong potential for rapid growth within the organization Networking access to startup founders and investors How to Apply If you’re passionate about building AI systems that create real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
