Onboarding Specialist

As an HR Executive (Onboarding SPOC), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees in the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating pre-boarding activities by gathering necessary information about new hires from hiring managers and recruitment teams. Ensuring that pre-onboarding forms are accurately filled. - Scheduling and conducting onboarding sessions from day 1 to day 7, coordinating with IT, facilities, and other departments to provide new employees with necessary equipment, access, and workspace on their first day. - Supporting new hires by being their primary point of contact, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process. Facilitating introductions and connections with team members, managers, and key contacts within the organization. - Maintaining accurate records of all onboarding activities, ensuring compliance forms are signed and submitted, proper filing of documentation, monitoring task completion, and following up with new hires and departments as needed. - Continuously seeking feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: At least 2-3 years of HR experience, with a focus on skills development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
