Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Administer the onboarding process, including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities. • Must be actively coordinating with various stakeholders such as IT / Admin / TA and ensure first day of new joiners is smooth. Making sure IT assets setup / access card / ID card / Onboarding kit. • Payroll support - Prepare and issue offer letters to new hires, ensuring all terms of employment, compensation, and benefits are clearly outlined. • Assist the payroll department by ensuring that new hires are entered into the payroll system accurately. • Query Solving and Support: Ensure accurate completion and submission of new hire paperwork and conduct compliance audits. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system access, or onboarding paperwork. • Act as the first point of contact for new hires and internal teams to address any onboardingrelated queries. • Induction -Conduct and manage the new employee orientation process, ensuring new hires are introduced to the company culture, values, policies, and key processes. • Conduct follow-up surveys or check-ins to gather feedback on the onboarding process and make improvements based on employee input. Qualifications • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support new employees effectively. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with HR software or onboarding platforms is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Must maintain a presentable and professional appearance while interacting with new hires and other team members. • Basic Intermediate MS -Excel Knowledge. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Prior experience in onboarding, HR, or training role is highly desirable
