Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, guiding them through the process and coordinating end-to-end onboarding processes. This is a Night Shift (US Shift) role, and immediate joiners are required. You will be coordinating with candidates in the pre-hire stage and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for them. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for new hires, answering their questions and providing guidance - Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-boarding, first-day logistics, and orientation - Select appropriate background check and drug test packages based on job code and location - Check background check and drug test results and provide clearance accordingly - Schedule start dates and select appropriate onboarding events in My Learning - Update candidate profiles in Workday as Ready for Hire - Send day 1 emails to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters with instructions on reporting, badging, I-9 verification, and orientation - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisor, Hiring Manager, and business units for smooth onboarding - Maintain accurate onboarding records in HR systems and update checklists, trackers, and reports as necessary - Support global/regional onboarding programs and initiatives as applicable Qualification Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional attitude - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
