Job Opportunity: Onboarding Executive Locations: Pune, Maharashtra & Patna, Bihar Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Field Role DMFU (Daily Mess For You) is a technology-driven platform designed to simplify access to affordable and reliable mess services for students and working professionals. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Onboarding Executives . This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for new mess partners and users as they begin their journey with DMFU. Key Responsibilities Execute the onboarding process for new mess partners based on a predefined lead list. Facilitate accurate and comprehensive listing of mess details on the DMFU platform. Provide in-person guidance to mess partners on using the DMFU Partner App and complying with platform standards. Assist new users in understanding the application, subscribing to mess services, and utilizing key features. Liaise with internal city and central teams to manage and resolve onboarding-related queries and escalations. Ensure that mess partners subscribe to and implement appropriate starter packs, including branding and hygiene components. Handle onboarding for key accounts assigned by central or city leadership. Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and submit timely reports. Qualifications and Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Hindi and English is required (proficiency in local language is a plus). Prior experience in field operations, client onboarding, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities. Comfortable using mobile applications and digital tools. Willingness to travel locally within the assigned city on a regular basis.
