Job Title: Onboarding Executive Location: Bangalore Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Role Summary: The Onboarding Executive will be responsible for managing various aspects of the onboarding process, from initial candidate engagement to post-joining support. This includes overseeing induction programs, coordinating with new joiners, and maintaining necessary documentation. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in HR onboarding or related functions is a plus.. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with offer candidates to provide updates, address queries, and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Data Management: Utilize Excel and basic formulas to maintain and manage onboarding databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and reporting. Background Check (BGC) Document Collection: Collect and verify BGC documents from candidates, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Induction & Orientation: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive induction programs and orientation sessions to facilitate a smooth integration for new employees. Welcome and Orientation Planning: Prepare welcome communications and first-day reporting details, and distribute onboarding goodies to new joiners. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on ID creation, system configuration, BGC status, and other onboarding-related processes. Post-Joining Support: Ensure all post-joining formalities are completed, including equipment issuance and access to necessary systems. 30-60-90 Days Coordination: Regularly coordinate with new joiners during their first 90 days to capture feedback about their onboarding experience and overall integration into the company. Promotional Floor Walks: Conduct floor walks for employees eligible for IJP promotions, offering support and information as needed. Tracker Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive trackers for BGC processes, goodies distribution, new hires, and other onboarding activities to ensure effective management and reporting.
