On Site Supervisor ( Interior Works )

As an Interior Contract Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing interior design and renovation projects, ensuring quality control, client satisfaction, and adherence to project schedules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing day-to-day activities of interior design and renovation projects, coordinating schedules, and managing budgets. - Working closely with the project team to meet project objectives, including designers, contractors, and architects. - Managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion. - Monitoring project progress, quality of work, and budget performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively. - Developing strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring project satisfaction. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborating with designers to translate project design vision into reality. - Conducting regular site visits to ensure project quality, address construction issues, and enforce safety protocols. - Maintaining accurate project documentation, progress reports, and budget updates. - Providing project updates to management and collaborating with the procurement team for material sourcing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience as an Interior Contract Site Supervisor or similar role. - Strong project management skills, understanding construction methods, materials, and building codes. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to read blueprints, attention to detail, and accuracy. - Experience in managing budgets, subcontractors, and vendors. - Knowledge of project management software is advantageous. - Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently or in a team, and adapt to fast-paced environments. - Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations on construction sites. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as per project schedules.,
