Business Development Executive - Lead Generation Pune 4 - 6 years INR 11.0 - 13.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Generate high-quality leads through outbound cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Execute targeted email campaigns and follow-up strategies to engage and qualify leads. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar platforms to build lead databases. Identify potential business opportunities through market research and industry trends. Set up qualified appointments and sales meetings for the sales team. Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless hand-off and follow-through. Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies and messaging using A/B testing. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development. Must have experience working with international markets especially Middle East, USA, and Europe. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing tools, and sales automation platforms. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
