Electricians / O&M Technicians / O&M Electrical Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out

  routine and preventive maintenance

  of solar power plants to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Conduct

  site inspections, testing, and performance monitoring

  of solar PV systems and associated equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in

  inverters, modules, cables, junction boxes, and electrical panels.

• Maintain proper

  documentation and reporting

  of O&M activities, including daily/weekly maintenance logs.
• Follow and ensure strict compliance with

  safety standards and electrical procedures

  during all operations.
• Support the

  remote monitoring team

  in analyzing plant performance and addressing alerts or system faults.
• Coordinate with

  engineering and project teams

  for technical issue resolution and performance improvements.
• Assist in replacement, cleaning, and testing of solar modules and electrical components when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of

  solar PV systems, inverters (string/central), transformers, and switchgear.

• Ability to

  read and understand electrical drawings

  (SLDs, layouts, cable routing diagrams).
• Familiarity with

  electrical testing tools

  like multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters.
• Good understanding of

  DC/AC systems

  , grid connectivity, and fault identification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to

  travel to project sites

  and work under varying environmental conditions.
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or in a team.
