We’re Hiring: Fleet Manager – Sikhar Fleet (Delhi NCR) Location: Delhi NCR Experience Required: 3+ years in fleet / mobility operations Industry: Ride-hailing | Fleet operations | EV mobility About the Role Sikhar Fleet is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead operations, manage drivers, and scale our fleet performance on ride-hailing platforms like Uber and Ola. This role is ideal for someone who understands ground operations deeply and can combine execution with data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily fleet operations and vehicle deployment Manage driver onboarding, performance, and retention Ensure high utilization and revenue per vehicle Handle leasing operations and asset management Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and documentation Monitor operations metrics and optimize performance Liaise with aggregators and commercial partners Oversee EV fleet rollout and operations Key Requirements & Experience Strong experience in fleet management and operations Prior experience with a fleet partner or aggregator is preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong driver network across Delhi NCR Experience with EV fleets is an added advantage Proven record of deploying and scaling vehicles Hands-on experience in leasing and fleet operations Experience working with Uber, Ola, or similar platforms Familiarity with fleet management software and reporting systems Strong communication and people management skills What We Offer Opportunity to lead a fast-growing fleet platform Performance-linked growth and responsibility Work in a driver-first and EV-focused organization Professional growth in a high-impact role How to Apply Send your resume to: sikharfleet@gmail.com Subject line: Application for Fleet Manager – Delhi NCR
