Role :- OHS and Administration Specialist Reporting to: Terminal Manager Mumbai Location :- Navi Mumbai Role & responsibilities Support Implementation of OHS safety, environment (Clean Run) and ISO matters. Continuous monitoring of health and safety and environment performance. Support role to develop India Terminals ISO Standards compliance. Provide administration and HR support Key Tasks OHS and Environment Coordinate the implementation of OHS and Clean Run Advise the organization on Health, Safety and Environmental aspects and its compliance with local regulations. Support and coordinate investigations on any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence or occupational poisoning or disease which has happened in the workplace and verify completion of corrective action by relevant departments. Coordinate and organize Safety/ Environmental trainings. Coordinate and assist OHS and Clean Run Audits, report findings and follow-up with relevant departments to improve safety at workplace. Coordinate and assist departments to conduct Risk Assessment at their workplace and advise on safety work procedures to be taken by its line management. Support Terminal operations in actions to improve ISO Compliance and related certifications.
