Job Description

Role & responsibilities Client Communication: Engage with clients to address inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statements. Account Updates: Provide updates and resolve issues concerning client accounts, ensuring accurate information is maintained. Payment Reminders: Initiate calls to remind clients of upcoming or overdue payments, promoting timely settlement. Record Interactions: Accurately record call details and account interactions in the accounting system. Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and informed throughout their interactions. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure issues are resolved and documents are received. Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to improve the efficiency of the calling process and overall client experience. Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to streamline processes and share relevant information. Preferred candidate profile Fluent Punjabi with excellent verbal communication skills. . BPO/KPO experience preferred . Comfortable working night shifts 9PM-6AM (Canadian Time Zone). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using MS office software and virtual communication tools.
