Offline branding- AM/Manager -Apparel Brand

Job Description

Develop and implement offline marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness. Create and manage offline marketing collateral, including print advertisements and other promotional materials. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and printers to ensure the timely production and delivery of marketing materials. Plan and coordinate offline events and activations, such as Exhibitions (B2B & B2C), trade shows, conferences, Distributor's Meets, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and analyze insights to identify target audience preferences and trends. Monitor the performance of offline marketing activities, recommendations for improvement. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand messaging and visuals for offline marketing materials. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and PR, to align offline marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in offline marketing, suggesting innovative ideas to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity in all marketing materials. Work closely with the creative team to develop Packaging designs and arranging Mockups. Preferred Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in the B2B & B2C online space Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Should be extremely organized & detail-oriented with a high level of ownership Possesses strong interpersonal skills, due to multiple stakeholder management Mode of work: Work from office Working Daye:6days Diwali Bonus + Mediclaim We are preferring candidates who lives in Greater Noida or can easily relocate.
