Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, including emails. Your role will involve providing complete information to customers and focusing on customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage Helpdesk activities, analyze customer needs, adhere to company policies, and follow up on client complaints. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, comments, and actions taken will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing feedback to the management for service improvement and working with AI tools when required will be expected from you. Moreover, you should embody attributes such as being positive, a good listener, adaptable, calm, and empathetic. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer interactions professionally through calls and emails - Demonstrate fair knowledge of Depository operations & easi-easiest Application - Have a good understanding of WEBCDAS and other CDSL applications used by depository participants - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to work in shifts - Provide complete information to customers and focus on their satisfaction - Ensure all Helpdesk activities adhere to set guidelines - Analyze customer needs and comply with company policies - Follow up on client complaints and take relevant actions - Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, comments, and actions taken - Provide feedback to the management for service improvement and collaborate with AI tools - Embrace the 7 Cs of customer relationship management: customer centricity, company culture, customer experience, customer data, customer journey, consumer experience, and consumer expectation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) - Age limit of 35 years - 2-3 years of experience in capital market or Depository operations - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with customer service experience - Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work on complex data sets - Understanding of Depository application and its working - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Please note that the job is full-time and permanent with a day shift schedule to be worked in person.,
