Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer / Sr. Officer Production (API) at Lactose India Limited, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce costs.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
