They also work to maintain a good standing with all regulators, customers, and business partners, believing that at the heart of business banking is upholding the values of trust and integrity for all stakeholders. **Job Purpose:** - To oversee the development and implementation of action plans for detecting fraudulent activities and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. **Key Accountabilities:** - Develop and implement action plans for detecting fraudulent activities. - Build models for fraud monitoring and provide training to subordinates for efficient fraud management. - Review Fraud and Authorization rules/parameters in systems based on analysis of new fraud trends. - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for smooth operations. - Take initiatives to enhance approval rates. **Job Duties & Responsibilities:** - Build models for fraud monitoring and provide training for efficient fraud management. - Ensure timely investigation completion and issuance of closure reports. - Implement fraud rules based on analysis of new trends. - Monitor real-time queues and identify high-risk transactions promptly. - Recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns. - Process and approve authorization requests. - Handle enquiries and complaints from Merchants and Cardholders, ensuring proper resolution. - Educate Merchants on correct card acceptance procedures. - Process Lost/Stolen Card reports from Cardholders. - Conduct fraud monitoring and take proactive actions to mitigate losses. - Adhere to group Investigation Standards & procedures. - Verify transactions with cardholders. - Submit information/reports on confirmed fraud transactions. - Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. - Work in shifts as required. - Review and streamline operation processes. - Display teamwork and cooperation to achieve service quality. - Maintain necessary MIS data, reports, and records. - Provide administrative support for authorization-related tasks. - Offer timely updates to BU/SU/Team Lead. **Required Experience:** - Associate: 4-6 years, Analyst: 2-4 years, in a similar profile. - Proficient in English with good interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift setup. **Education / Preferred Qualifications:** - Commerce Graduate. **Core Competencies:** - Fraud Detection Skills, Risk Management, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, etc. **Technical Competencies:** - Investigation, Data Analytics, etc. **Work Relationship:** - Support and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external units for timely investigations and processing of customers" fraudulent transactions claims. **DBS India - Culture & Behaviors:** - Drive Performance Through Value-Based Propositions. - Ensure Customer Focus by Delighting Customers & Reducing Complaints. - Build Pride and Passion to Protect, Maintain and Enhance DBS Reputation. - Enhance Knowledge Base, Build Skill Sets & Develop Competencies. - Invest in Team Building & Motivation through Ideation & Innovation. - Execute at Speed While Maintaining Error-Free Operations. - Develop a Passion for Performance to Grow Talent Pool. - Maintain the Highest Standards of Honesty and Integrity.,
