Job Description

Officer Operations Roles and Responsibilities: Dedicated relationship manager of the App. Explaining App usage and features to thepatientand the caregiver. Monitor adherence to the App via back-end platform by proactively following up whenever data entry is missed. Ensuring follow-up appointments with doctor and coaches. Updating prescriptions on the platform after each consult. (offline or online) Continuously updating backend system with changes in thepatients plan for setting reminders, targets, alerts, goals for different parameters (medications, lifestyle, rehab etc) basis inputs from the prescription and coach sessions. Management of medicine order placement as and when the re-fill is required. Ensurepatientis adhering to their prescribed medicine schedule and report any side-effects or missed doses. Diagnostic tests order management. Following up after every scheduled diagnostic test to ensure entry of reports on the App. Overall subscription and app query management. Close communications with thepatient, caregiver and the doctor to ensure offline events (emergency, death, cancellations etc.) are conveyed to ACE. Activation of different protocols (emergency, DND, post discharge etc.) as required. Skills and Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Good to have, not mandatory) Bachelors Degree in Health or Bio Sciences (Good to have, not mandatory) Bachelors in Medical Laboratory Technology (Good to have, not mandatory) Training in Application Management is a plus Experience: 2+ years Experience in health tech and related fields Language : English, Hindi ( Telugu or Marathi ) Mandate. Skills needed: Ability to work in cross functional settings and coordinate with variety of stakeholders like doctors, therapists, operations team and product team Tech savvy and can work with computers, phones, and tablets in a remote setting Friendly, empathetic and ability to cultivate strong relationships withpatients Clear communication skills with the ability to motivate and induce positive behavior change withinpatients Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Programs such Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
