Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordinating with the employees for end to end training activities for various trainings - Sending Invites, forming Whatsapp group, ensuring the download of apps (WebEx & MS Teams). Coordinating with the facilitators to keep them informed on their sessions Provide support to the employees to join the training session, also track and report absenteeism. Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously Providing support to the L & D Manager to drive completion of Mandatory Training courses
