Job Title: Officer Instrumentation R&D Company: Astral Adhesives Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: 2 - 5 years in Instrumentation, Testing & Calibration Job Description: Astral Adhesives is looking for a skilled Officer Instrumentation R&D to support testing, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HPLC, Karl Fischer, Viscometer, and other analytical instruments used in R&D lab . Key Responsibilities: Testing & Instrumentation: Perform instrumental analysis and testing in R&D and QC laboratories. Operate and maintain HPLC, Karl Fischer, Viscometer, and other analytical instruments . Ensure accuracy in test results by following standardized procedures. Calibration & Maintenance: Conduct regular calibration of instruments to maintain precision. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Identify and troubleshoot instrument-related issues. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of testing, calibration, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and other regulatory standards . Assist in audits and regulatory documentation. Team Coordination & Support: Work closely with R&D team for instrument-related needs. Ensure lab safety standards and proper handling of instruments.
