1. Freight Charges negotiate with forwarder. Strictly co-ordinate with purchase department.
2. Customs clearance formalities for Import.
3. Arrangement of Transit Insurance if required.
4. Outward remittance application.
5. Submission Import documents to Bank.
6. Maintain register for payment to overseas suppliers.
7. To arrange FLC for Import.
8. To arrange Bank Guarantee if applicable.
