We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Person to handle payroll management, attendance monitoring, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of salary processing, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Manage end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Maintain and verify employee attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, salary registers, and MIS.
Manage employee database, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
Coordinate with management for HR policies, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR issues.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Commerce / Business Administration.
Experience: 35 years in HR operations, with a focus on payroll & attendance management.
Proficiency in MS Excel & HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good understanding of HR compliance and documentation.
Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or corporate setup will be preferred.
