Role & responsibilities Conduct daily visits to pharmaceutical and engineering clients to understand their requirements and promote our products. Generate enquiries and provide technical consultations to clients. Create basic engineering drawings/sketches on-site to support custom product requirements. Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to finalize technical specifications. Negotiate and close sales deals , ensuring revenue targets are achieved. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maximize sales potential. Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis regularly. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or engineering products . Ability to create basic engineering drawings (knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills . Technical understanding of industrial components, mechanical products, or process equipment . Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software . Willingness to travel daily within Goa for client visits.
