Key Responsibilities Content Marketing : The incoming candidate should have a passion for understanding what makes the consumers tick. This role is for the creative and analytical minds, who will dive deep into our products and translate their features into compelling content formats across various owned & operated channels. He/she will work closely with the internal stakeholders (R&D, NPD, Category Strategy & Service) to identify features most relevant to the target audiences & develop clear and concise briefs for creative agencies/internal design team to ensure effective content creation. Media Planning & Execution : Develop and execute digital campaigns across the entire customer journey. He/she would have to create the media strategy across channels like E-Commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) Q-Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart), Google, YouTube, Meta etc and get them executed through either media agency partners or own the execution piece. Analysis of the campaign performance should be undertaken through data-driven insights and should work on constantly iterating and optimizing them for maximising performance. They would have to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the campaigns effectiveness and track and report the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and communicate the results to the key stakeholders. Digital-First Marketing Strategy : Develop thought through digital-first marketing plans to improve brand awareness, acquire new customers and retain existing customers. This may include and not limited to influencer campaigns, lead generation exercise, referral programmes, user generated content etc. He/she would have to conceptualise, design and lead the entire program and get them executed by collaborating with internal & external stakeholders. Service Marketing : Develop marketing materials & training content for the service channel by collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. He/she should design newer marketing programs to promote service offerings & drive customer engagement/advocacy and to elevate the channel as a key driver of business growth. Agency Management & Evaluation : The role would require someone who can handle pool of creative and media agencies, service providers, technology vendors by defining their KPIs/targets/SLAs, preparing briefings, evaluating proposals, and providing credible inputs at every stage to deliver a high-quality outcome in a time-bound manner. Catalogue Management : Manage the shopper content of the E-Commerce portfolio (Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart etc, V-Guard Brand.com, Quick Commerce Sites) through timely creation of the catalogue and updating of the meta data, by working in close coordination with the CFT. Should ensure the hygiene & accuracy of the catalogue data through periodic reviews, audits and their timely readiness before the product launch. Key Skills & Competencies A strong understanding of the fundamentals of Marketing & Digital Marketing Strong command over language and the ability to articulate your thoughts both in verbal and written communication Awareness about the various content trends on online platforms Consumer centric mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Temperament to work in cross-functional teams (R&D, NPD, Strategy, KAMs etc) and ability to interact and co-ordinate with external stakeholders Result oriented and timekeeper Should be able to deliver results within definite timeframe Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with good analytic skills and a liking for numbers.
