As a Portfolio Executive, your role will involve keeping track of the portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area and controlling delinquency on a bucket-wise and DPD wise basis, while also focusing on non-starters. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer files are updated with relevant information about their debt and that contact has been made at appropriate times. Additionally, you will work closely with the agency's tracing team to trace defaulters and assets, and suggest remedial courses of action.
