We have an opportunity for an "Officer - Accounts (Invoice Processing) - International Business" in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). Local candidates are preferable. Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift) Bond- 2 Years as per company policy. Job Description Preparing real-time invoices in SAP with the Discount, Deals & Offers instructions. Ensuring invoices are prepared for the correct region & with accurate data. Assisting with correction in past invoices. Passing GRN in customer accounts. Reconcile customer accounts in case of any mismatch in the customer ledger. Knowledge of basic concepts of accounts and general entries. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
