Job Title: Office Secretary cum Executive Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Secretary cum Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and the ability to handle client interactions with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Draft, format, and review official letters, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems—both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Support management in preparing reports, data summaries, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and business partners to facilitate smooth operational and administrative coordination.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain a high level of integrity in all business dealings.
  • Assist in general office management functions, including procurement of office supplies and coordination of administrative services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
