Office Runner

Handle internal and external office errands efficiently, ensuring timely completion.

Collect and deliver documents, files, and packages to government offices, banks, vendors, and other external locations as required.

Support various departments by running physical tasks such as submitting forms, collecting payments, or obtaining signatures.

Maintain proper record of documents taken outside and ensure secure and safe handling at all times.

Assist in office-related tasks such as photocopying, scanning, binding, and distributing paperwork.

Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners for pickups and drop-offs.

Ensure that all errands are completed in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.

Assist with basic administrative duties when not engaged in field tasks.

Maintain professionalism during all external interactions, representing the company appropriately.

Report daily task status and updates to the reporting manager.

1-3 years of experience as an Office Runner / Field Boy / Office Assistant (preferred).

Good knowledge of local routes, transportation, and office locations.

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

Physically active with the ability to handle routine field tasks.

Basic communication skills (reading/writing simple English or local language).

Trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible.

Must possess a valid driving license (if required for company errands).

Willingness to travel frequently throughout the day.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents safely.

Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
