Job Description

As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and provide excellent customer service to visitors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting visitors, creating a welcoming environment, and directing them to the appropriate person or office. - Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails. - Managing appointment calendars and scheduling meetings for staff. - Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, performing data entry, filing documents, and managing office supplies. - Maintaining visitor logs, preparing security passes, and providing basic information to clients and vendors. - Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable. You should possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills to effectively multitask in this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with on-the-job training being common. Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role can be beneficial, but training will be provided. The company values a friendly and professional demeanor to make a good first impression on visitors and clients.
