Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Peon to join our office team. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling daily maintenance, cleaning and support tasks around the office. A valid two-wheeler (bike) license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office premises, including floors, desks, and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms and refill supplies as needed.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Handle document delivery between departments.
• Assist in the opening and closing of the office.
• Deliver or collect documents, parcels, or materials using a two-wheeler.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and report shortages.
• Run office errands as and when required.
• Assist office staff in minor tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler (bike) driving license.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving movement and lifting.
• Punctual, disciplined, and respectful.
• Trustworthy and responsible in handling confidential documents.
