Job Title: Office Executive – Stock Department

Location: Karam Pura, Moti Nagar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Executive to manage and oversee our stock/inventory department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

· Monitor stock levels, forecast requirements, and coordinate timely replenishment.

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.

· Maintain organized filing and documentation for stock, invoices, and other office records.

· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Generate reports on stock status, usage trends, and discrepancies.

· Assist in office administration tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding stock management.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock control and office efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in any field

· Proven experience in office administration and inventory/stock management.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.

· Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
