Job Description

o Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for inventory, records . o Perform data entry and generate reports as required. o Visit to bank and Submit bank-related or other documents such as cheques, deposit slips, KYC documents, etc . o Manage dispatch-related documents such as invoices, challans, or other transport receipts. o Cheque or other official documents collection from clients . o Maintain and organize physical and digital files. o Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of important company records. o Draft and send emails to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
