Job Profile: Office Executive – Packing & Printing (Product Packaging Unit)

Position: Office Executive – Packing & PrintingSalary:

• Male Candidate: ₹14,000 / month
• Female Candidate: ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 / month

Working Hours:

• Male Candidates: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Female Candidates: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Product Packing & Labeling
• Packing products as per standard process
• Ensuring proper labeling, barcode placement, and batch marking
• Maintaining quality and hygiene standards during packing
• Printing Coordination
• Operating basic printing equipment for labels, stickers, and packaging material
• Preparing print files, checking quality of printed materials
• Coordinating with design/operations team for content updates
• Inventory & Material Management
• Maintaining stock of packaging material, labels, and printing supplies
• Notifying the supervisor when items are low
• Ensuring proper storage and organization of packed products
• Record Keeping & Documentation
• Updating daily production and packing reports
• Maintaining inward/outward registers
• Ensuring accurate documentation of dispatched products
• Office Support Tasks
• Assisting in basic office operations when required
• Handling minor administrative tasks related to the packaging unit
• Quality Check
• Verifying product quality before and after packing
• Reporting damaged or incorrect items immediately

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
• Basic knowledge of office work, packing, or printing (preferred)
• Ability to work with responsibility and attention to detail
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and honest
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
