Experience: 3Years - 9years


Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month


Office Manager

               

Key Responsibilities:

 

Operational & Office Management

• Oversee the smooth functioning of office utilities, supplies, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

• Manage vendor relationships, including periodic vendor and factory visits, ensuring coordination of processes with team.

• Support in planning and executing shoots, meetings, photography sessions, and office art/sculpture revamps.

• Attend BNI substitute meetings as required.

• Maintain and update client contact lists, ensuring organized and up-to-date information.

Team & HR Coordination

• Lead daily morning Zoom alignment calls with the team.

• Coordinate recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and structured hiring documentation.

• Complete all onboarding formalities for new joiners in a timely and professional manner.

• Oversee staff management, attendance updates, and HR coordination responsibilities.

• Organize and facilitate internal training sessions once a month.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update operational dashboards including Hopper, proposal sheets, lead trackers, member trackers, and accounting sheets.

• Prepare, analyze, and publish attendance and performance dashboards for management review.

• Maintain project-wise data sheets and ensure all reports are updated accurately on Excel/Google Sheets.

• Support leadership with structured reporting and actionable insights for better decision-making.

• Identify gaps in operations and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and team coordination.

Client & Cross-functional Coordination

• Provide support in client coordination and interactions as required.

• Coordinate installation Zoom calls and ensure team readiness for smooth execution of deliverables.

• Follow up diligently on assigned tasks with internal teams, vendors, and clients.


Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).

• Proven experience in office management, administration, or operations (experience in creative/arts industry is a plus).

• Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets and overall data management.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities in a dynamic, creative work environment.

• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Comfortable with both people-facing and backend operational work.

• Flexibility to attend off-site meetings, shoots, and vendor visits when required.
