🔹 Job Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Executiveto assist with administrative workat our Bhilwara base. The role involves handling documentation, internal coordination, and day-to-day office tasks.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Support daily administrative operations and office tasks.

* Maintain and update records, files, and student/staff data.

* Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow.

* Assist in scheduling meetings, handling internal communications, and organizing events.

* Respond to emails, calls, and follow-ups.

* Provide general support to the HR/Admin team.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

* Education:Graduate in any stream (B.Com/B.Tech preferred, not mandatory)

•Skills: Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) •Good communication in English & Hindi

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently

* Prior experience in administrative roles or educational institutions is an added advantage.
