Job Description: We are hiring a responsible and efficient Office Coordinator to support the Director in day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent follow-up skills and a working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: Regular follow-ups with team and clients Maintain and update reports and task lists Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans Assist in managing emails and phone calls Coordinate internal and external tasks on behalf of the Director Handle occasional personal work Requirements: 2–4 years of relevant experience Strong follow-up and communication skills Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets Resides within 20–25 minutes of our office in Ludhiana Honest, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term work
