Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Office Coordinator to manage daily office activities and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, follow-ups, and daily communication
  • Maintain reports, records, and files
  • Coordinate with production, accounts, and dispatch teams
  • Assist in documentation and basic data entry
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and office supplies

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Good communication and computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Strong follow-up and organizing ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
