Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support the day-to-day administrative and clerical operations of our construction office. The role involves maintaining records, assisting with documentation, coordinating with site and office teams, and ensuring smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project files, records, and documents.
  • Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning of project-related documents.
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and office team for routine administrative requirements.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Track and maintain office supplies and stationary.
  • Support HR and Accounts departments in basic clerical tasks.
  • Ensure safe custody of contracts, permits, and project-related paperwork.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
